Playback Recording Studio is a world-class sound recording studio and post-production house for the entire entertainment industry. The studio is a 4,200 square foot facility where musicians, producers, film editors, voiceover artists and other professionals in the music, film and entertainment industry will have access to one of the most technologically advanced, fully equipped, and sophisticated recording studios in the country. The facility includes a live room large enough to accommodate any size group from the recording of a four-piece band to a fifteen-piece orchestra. The studio also includes multiple isolated sound booths, each with unique characteristics for achieving endless audio environments from which to build a multitude of professional recording platforms to create virtually any sound.

Playback is in a unique position in the industry, offering High-Definition (HD) services for music production, sound supervision, and film editing. Additionally, the studio is equiped with 5.1 surround sound mixing for music and post-production clients. World-renowned acoustical engineer Chris Pelonis has designed the studio. With over 25 years of experience Chris is very highly regarded throughout the industry and is one of the foremost authorities in the area of acoustical design and ergonomics. Chris’s unique talent and his knowledge and understanding of the musical and transparent nature of sound have created some of the most famous and sought after studios in the world.

The studio’s cutting edge interior design has been done by Stephanie Kheder and Bernard St. Croix. Attenuated fabrics function for the sound critical space while creating an atmosphere that welcomes and inspires creativity to all who walk through the doors of the studio. Playback also features several sound diffusion treatments which incorporate unexpected materials, breaking design barriers in the recording industry.
